Vachaspati Pallavi
Theme :
Vachaspati Rāga – literaly means Lord of Speech. It is 64th melakarta rāgam in the 72 melakarta rāgam system of Carnatic. In its Hindustani adaptation, it has the tone material of rāga Ȳaman with a komāl(flat) ni replacing the suddhā(natural).

In this art of abhinaya, we have endeavored to elucidate the intricate tapestry of their connection, transcending the worldly boundaries of Prakriti and Purusha, where Radha and Krishna, in their divine essence, rise above the notion of separation

Rudrasthakam
Story Line :
Rudrasthakam is a Sanskrit devotional composition to Rudra (Lord Shiva). It is beleived that to victory over demon king Ravana it was prayed by Lord Rama like Ravana prayed by Shivatandava Stotram to victory over Rama – to Lord Shiva.
This is composed in Bhujangaprayat chhanda and Jagati meter which consists of 12 letters in each of the four stages.
We composed and performed the whole eight stanzas(Asthakam) in Odissi.
